What I Need to Know:

You will need to provide a copy of your Professional Indemnity Insurance (PI).

Proof of Client Account for those dealing in residential lettings. 

If you are unable to supply a company registration number and/or VAT number Proof of Identification will be required.

TPO strongly recommend that residential letting agents obtain Client Money Protection insurance.
