Annual leave
All work and no play is no fun – so everyone gets 23 days leave, plus public holidays. There is a discretionary additional three days granted over the Christmas period to allow the office to close.

To recognise your loyalty, we award you with additional leave depending on how long you’ve been with us. You will be given an additional day of leave for two calendar years of service.
