Condensation, Damp, and Mould in Rental Properties Survey
As TPO members, you will be aware we ran a survey in November 2022 to gain a deeper insight into damp and mould issues across the private rented sector. Thank you to all of you that took part.
After considering the responses, it was clear that TPO agents have a breadth of knowledge that went beyond the questions asked, with many pointing out the link between condensation, property use and the appearance of mould. We have listened to that feedback and, as a result we have put together a further short survey to gain an even deeper insight into the issues involved. I’d be very grateful if you would spare a further five minutes to complete the eight questions. Results will be anonymous and they will help us provide insight and plan our resources.
