COVID-19 Updates Make a Complaint

Please note our office will be closed from 5pm on Wednesday, 8 April and will re-open at 9am on Tuesday, 14 April.

We are taking calls from consumers and receiving new complaints and would encourage all customers to use our email address admin@tpos.co.uk and consumers to use our ‘Make a Complaint’ tool. Please be advised that because of the lockdown, cases already within our system will be given a three-week extension of time.
