The Property Ombudsman (TPO) scheme is delighted to officially announce that its annual conference will take place on Wednesday 10th July 2019 at The National Conference Centre in Solihull. Discounted Early Bird delegate tickets and exhibitor rates are available for a limited time only.

The Conference promises to tackle challenges faced by the property market with more workshops, key note speakers and an ‘Expert Panel’ on the agenda, featuring a host of high profile and prominent names debating the hottest industry topics.

So far, Michael Stoop, Non-Executive Director at TPO and Chair of Industry Forum is confirmed to facilitate the conference, responsible for leading delegates through the course of the day. David Cox (Chief Executive of ARLA Propertymark), Mark Hayward (Chief Executive of NAEA Propertymark) and Nigel Glen (Chief Executive of ARLA) are confirmed as speakers to precede each of the relevant workshops.

Early Bird ticket prices are £102 (inclusive of VAT) for TPO members and £120 (inclusive of VAT) for non-TPO members. Special rates are also available for exhibitor packages for a limited time only. This year, £5 from the sale of every ticket will also go to Agents Giving, the charity for the property industry.

The whole conference will also be live streamed by the headline sponsor, Rightmove, meaning more property professionals can benefit from the day.

Katrine Sporle, Property Ombudsman, commented:

“The property industry has been through a tremendous amount of change which is set to continue next year and beyond. As an Ombudsman scheme, our aim is to raise standards and improve customer service. Delegates will have the opportunity to network, to participate in workshops and to hear from key players in the industry.”

The keynote speaker and expert panel will be announced in the New Year. To book tickets and keep a look out for conference updates, please visit:-
