TPO Industry & Consumer Forums

The Property Ombudsman’s (TPO) Consumer and Industry Forums joined via Zoom for their final meeting of 2020 to identify and discuss emerging issues. Key topics included: Impact of the pandemic on the industry, update on overarching Code of Practice consultation, new CPR guidance and unlawful Rent-to-Rent arrangements.

Assured Advice for Video Viewings

The property market remains open for business but agents are reminded of the importance of adhering to strict social distancing and safety guidelines.
