In addition to registered businesses, we consider complaints about members of certain trade bodies and professional services.

Expelled businesses have been removed from The Property Ombudsman (TPO) scheme for failing to comply with an award or direction. We have a Memorandum of Understanding with the other redress scheme so that expelled businesses cannot re-register and continue their operations unless they settle outstanding awards.
