> Are you referring your complaint to us within these timescales?

Back Yes No

If you are not satisfied with the agent’s final decision and would like TPO to consider your complaint, you should complete a TPO Complaint Form.

You should also enclose a copy of the final viewpoint letter and any additional correspondence to support your complaint.

We recommend reading the How to Make a Complaint section for further guidance on referring your complaint to TPO.

We would not normally consider your complaint as it would be out of time. If there are exceptional reasons why you were unable to send us your form in time, you should send us a completed complaints form as soon as possible and enclose a covering letter explaining these reasons. You should also enclose any relevant evidence (for example, a medical certificate).

We will consider the reasons why your form is late.
