Council Member

The Property Ombudsman (TPO) provides an independent facility for dispute resolution between sellers, buyers, landlords or tenants and member agents.

TPO is the principal dispute resolution service in the property sales and lettings sector with an increasing number of agents joining the scheme.

The Ombudsman is accountable to an independent Council which now has a vacancy for someone able to bring knowledge and understanding of letting agents from the perspective either of the tenant or of the landlord.

The position will be remunerated at £500 per day plus travel expenses with the expectation of 12 days of meetings/preparation work.
